Puppy Socialization and Exposer

Socialization is a vital aspect of a dog's growth and an important responsibility for dog owners. The ideal time to start socializing a dog is its critical socialization phase, which takes place between 3 and 14 weeks of age. this stage, puppies are more receptive to new experiences and are less likely to develop fears or anxieties.

By limiting my litters to two per year and keeping the puppies until they are 13 weeks old, I can dedicate the necessary time to ensure extensive socialization and build each puppy's confidence. My approach includes herding play while incorporating commands like "walk up," "wait," and "down." Additionally, puppies are introduced to water, crate training, small farm animals, and children.
